🔄 Round Robin Scheduling
Last updated: February 26, 2026
Overview
As the name suggests, Round Robin scheduling links are designed to distribute meetings that are booked via this specific link across a group of potential meeting hosts. To create a Round Robin scheduling link you would start by clicking the '+ New Scheduling Link' button and then selecting the 'Round Robin Meeting' link option. Fro this point you can follow the standard setup process as outlined here. The primary difference with a Round Robin scheduling link and other types, is that you will list multiple potential hosts and then identify how you would like the load distributed between them.

Round Robin meeting distribution:
The Round Robin scheduling link lets you choose how meetings are distributed among your teammates. After creating the link, use the dropdown at the bottom of the Internal Attendees list to select one of three rotation options: Fair Distribution, Speed to Schedule, or AI Balanced.

Round Robin Option - Fair Distribution:
Rotates sequentially in the Round Robin group to more fairly distribute meetings. This may result in sharing fewer available times with your guest.

Example Use Case Distributing research calls to a group of User Experience Specialist. Even distribution is important to reduce bias in the research and scheduling timing may be more flexible (sharing times further out is OK).
Round Robin Option - Speed to Schedule:
Shares the largest amount of available time slots, allowing your guest to schedule sooner to meet with your team. Does not guarantee even distribution within the Round Robin group.

Example Use Case Distributing support calls to a group of Customer Support Representative. It’s more important to quickly help the customer rather than evenly distribute the work to individuals on the team. This is especially useful when you have a Global Support network and your Customer Support Representatives sit in different time zones.
Round Robin Option - AI Balanced:
Intelligently balances meetings to allow guests to schedule sooner while distributing leads as evenly as possible within the Round Robin group. Some teammates may be scheduled more often than others.

Example Use Case Distributing leads to a group of Account Executives. While fairly distributing is important, connecting with a prospect as soon as possible has a big impact on the business’ bottom line, so some compromises are acceptable.
